Shipping policy

At urbanselect, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full visibility every step of the way. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a quick confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before we dispatch them. To avoid delays, please respond to our confirmation message promptly. Unconfirmed COD orders may be held or cancelled.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Total time = processing time + delivery time. For most orders across India, please allow approximately 5–10 business days from order confirmation to delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat shipping charge of ₹49 plus a COD handling fee of ₹49.
- Any applicable shipping charges are always displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tip: Choose a prepaid payment method (UPI/card/net banking) at checkout to enjoy free shipping and faster processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and link via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.
- If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of ordering, contact us at care@urbanselect.in.
Receiving Your Order — Please Check on Delivery
This step protects you. When your parcel arrives:
- Inspect the packaging before accepting/opening. If it looks visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery or accept it only after marking it “Damaged” with the delivery agent.
- We strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous unboxing video as you open the parcel. This video is required to process any claim for a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Failed Deliveries, Wrong Address & Refused Parcels
To keep prices low, please help us deliver successfully the first time:
- Ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or failed due to incorrect details.
- Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please stay reachable on your registered phone number.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel without a valid reason (such as visible damage at the time of delivery), it will be returned to origin. In such cases, any shipping, handling, and return-logistics charges already incurred may be deducted from your refund, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delays
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please don’t worry — contact us at care@urbanselect.in with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated. Most delays resolve within a few days.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside India. We hope to expand in the future — follow us on social media for updates.
